Refund policy
BoWise. Premium is sold by Felix Poidinger. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Last updated 15 October 2026.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your order date, on both the monthly and the yearly plan. No reason is needed.
Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order with the e-mail address from your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle's own refund policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy applies to how refunds are processed.
The 3-day free trial costs nothing. You can cancel any time; Premium then stays active until the end of the paid period. This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish law.
